Bolton Terrace, Embleton

Having bought the site and demolished the derelict garage on the main road through this picturesque coastal village, we designed a terrace of four three-bedroom houses with gardens. Built with natural stone and slate, in keeping with period properties in the area, and using regional materials, the new homes were subsequently bought by local families.
