Carrie provides administration support and tenant liaison, answering tenants’ queries, processing warranty repairs and tenants’ satisfaction surveys then correlating results into KPI reports.
Soon after joining the company in 2004, she enrolled on a CITB supported Quantity Surveying course at university.  She has also been awarded a Certificate in Social Sciences from the Open University and is currently working towards achieving a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Social Policy.
